Dal Chapathi made with wheat flour, ragi, corn, besan and rice flour. Cooked on a tava or thick griddle and brushed with ghee.
Ingredients of Dal Chapathi
- Wheat flour – 2 cup
- Ragi flour – 2 tbsp
- Corn flour – 2 tbsp
- Besan flour – 2 tbsp
- Rice flour- 2 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Hot water
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
- Mix in wheat, ragi, rice, besan, corn flour, knead the dough with salt and mix the oil/ghee.
- Add little hot water to knead into dough.
- Fry chapathis on a tava on low heat adding ghee around chapathis from time to time.
- Serve hot with curry which u like.
