- We ask in the butcher shop to make us 4 cuts to the leg of lamb.
- When we get home we adore it in the following way. Peel and slice the carrot and onion in julienne slices.
- We have them in the base of a baking dish. We season them with a good jet of olive oil and salt.
- Later, we season the leg of lamb and anoint it with a bit of lard.
- Finally, cut the lemon and squeeze one of the halves on top of the meat.
- Cover the source with aluminum foil and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator.
- The next morning, we bake for two hours at 180º with the heat on both plates (the oven will be previously heated at maximum power).
- We remove and serve freshly made.
