For the starters, Egg Rice is very easy and fast to cook and also it is one of my favorite rice too.
Ingredients Of Egg Rice:
- Cooked rice – 1 cup
- Egg – 1 no. (if required can add more)
- Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
- Chili – 2 nos
- Onion – 1 no. (chopped)
- Pepper powder
- Coriander leaf (chopped)
Heat the pan with oil add chili, onion and fry till light brown.
Now add the eggs and beat/ half fry with salt to taste. Keep a side.
To above-fired content add the cooked rice and mix well. (Salt if required, add it)
Garnish with pepper powder and coriander leaf.
- Yummy delicious Rice is ready to eat.
