Dal Chapathi Recipe | Karnataka Style

Dal Chapathi made with wheat flour, ragi, corn, besan and rice flour. Cooked on a tava or thick griddle and brushed with ghee.
Dal Chapathi

Ingredients of Dal Chapathi

  • Wheat flour – 2 cup

  • Ragi flour – 2 tbsp

  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp

  • Besan flour - 2 tbsp

  • Rice flour- 2 tbsp

  • Oil - 2 tbsp

  • Salt to taste

  • Hot water
Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Preparation Method:

  • Mix in wheat, ragi, rice, besan, corn flour, knead the dough with salt and mix the oil/ghee.

  • Add little hot water to knead into dough.

  • Fry chapathis on a tava on low heat adding ghee around chapathis from time to time.

  • Serve hot with curry which u like.
