Curd Rice Recipe | Mosaru-Anna

It is very easy, fast to cook and it is one of my favorite rice too. Curd Rice / Mosaru-Anna is a very healthy and popular dish in South India.
Curd Rice, Mosaru-Anna

Ingredients of Curd Rice

  • Cooked rice – 1 cup

  • Mosaru / Curds – ¼ cup (if required can add more)

  • Split urad dal – 1tbsp

  • Mustard – 1tbsp

  • Dry red chili – 2 nos.

  • Curry leaf

  • Coriander leaf (chopped)

  • Pomegranates 

Preparation Method:

  • Take a large bowl to add the cooked rice and Mosaru / curds mix it well with salt.

  • Now season with mustard, split urad dal, dry red chili, curry leaf.

  • Add the season to the mixed rice and mix it well.

  • Garnish with coriander leaf and pomegranates.

Yummy delicious mosaru-anna is ready to eat.
