Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe | Indian Style

Today I would like to share with you the Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe which I prepared.

Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients of Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe:

Basmati rice 2 cup 
Oil 1 tbsp 
Salt to taste 
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp 
Carrot chopped 1/2 cup 
Beans chopped 1/2 cup 
Potato chopped to small cubes 1/2 cup 
Onion chopped 1/2 cup 
Green peas 1/2 cup 
pepper powder 2 Tsp 

Instruction Steps of Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe:

Cook basmati rice with 4 cups of water(twice quantity of rice) with salt and little oil.
When water is used up remove from fire and dry it. Keep aside.
Fry carrot, beans, potato, onion, peas in remaining oil.
When its crisp adds salt and pepper powder and saute for 2 minutes.
Add this to cooked basmati rice and add soya sauce.
Serve hot with pickles or raitas.
