Brinjal Fry Recipe || Indian Village Style

Friends, it's my pleasure to share the Spicy Brinjal Fry recipe with you which I prepared.

Ingredients of Spicy Brinjal Fry:

  1. Small brinjals 6-10 nos

  2. Pepper powder 1 Tsp

  3. Red chili powder 3 Tsp

  4. Turmeric 1/4 tsp

  5. Chicken Masala 1/2 tsp (optional)

  6. Sambar powder 1 tsp (optional)

  7. Salt to taste.

  8. Oil for frying

Preparation Method of Spicy Brinjal Fry:

Cut the brinjal lengthwise into four or five so that the stem is not cut.
Put these brinjals in water so that the bitterness of it removes.
When the water turns the colour remove it from the water.
Meanwhile, mix all the powders with water and salt to make a thick paste.
Paste it inside the cuttings of each brinjal.

Remember not to remove the stem from them.
Keep it for 5 minutes so that masala will get stick to the vegetables.
Heat a pan. Pour oil so that it should fill 1/4 of the height of brinjals.
Take some marinated brinjals and fry it on all side brinjals is cooked.
Repeat frying with rest of the brinjals.
This Brinjal fry turned out to be very tasty.
You can have it with Plain rice and curd.
