Delicious avocado smoothie Recipe.


The avocado smoothie is perfect as a supplement to a meal as the taste is not sweet.

Avocado smoothie

Ingredients of avocado smoothie:



  • 2 avocado

  • 75 g skyr

  • 30 g of soy protein

  • 1 cup apple juice

  • Water at will


We used apple juice to add a little sweetness to the smoothie. It can easily be replaced with water or other liquid.

Instruction Steps:


Get avocado, skyr, soy protein and apple juice in the blender
Add water if you think the consistency should be thinner
DRY
