    Bise Bela Bhath

    Bise Bela Bhath is another common breakfast dish prepared in South Indian homes.

    The Bise Bela Bhath which I make is described here, very easy to prepare and won't take much time.

    Ingredients of Bise Bela Bhath:

    1. 2 cups dal
    2. 4 cups rice
    3. 12 tsp dhania
    4. ½ cup coconut
    5. 4 tsp urad dal
    6. 6 tsp chana dal
    7. 10 red chilies
    8. asafoetida
    9. 1 onion, finely chopped
    10. cooked vegetables
    11. (carrot, beans, peas, potato)

    Preparation of Bise Bela Bhath:

    Cook dal along with rice. Fry dhaniya with ½ cup of coconut
    Take the red chillies and grind them properly.
    Heat oil and put onion and curry leaves.
    Then put cooked vegetables like beans, carrot, peas, potato.
    Put the ground curry paste and then put the cooked rice.
    Allow them to cook for at least 20 minutes.
