    Egg Curry || Egg Curry Recipe for Chapati

    Egg Curry with Chapati is one of my favorite breakfast. Today I am sharing with you the methods which I followed in preparing the Egg Curry for Chapati.


    Ingredients of Egg Curry:

    1. Boiled Egg 3
    2. Grated coconut 4 tbsp
    3. Cumin Seed 1 tsp
    4. Peppercorns 1 Tsp
    5. Coriander powder 2 tbsp
    6. Red chili powder 2 Tsp
    7. Red Chilly 2 nos
    8. Button onion finely chopped 10 nos
    9. Curry Leaves a few
    10. Ginger 1 inch piece
    11. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
    12. Coriander leaves a few
    13. oil 1 Tsp

    Preparation of Egg Curry:

    Fry coconut with jeera, peppercorn, whole red chili, curry leaves, ginger, coriander powder for 5 mins in low heat.
    Grind to a fine paste and keep aside.
    Season mustard oil in a kadai.Add chopped onion and fry for two minutes.
    Add the grinded paste, salt and cook. Then add the egg and simmer for two minutes.
    Serve hot with prepared chapatis.
