    Vegetable Fried Rice

    Vegetable Fried Rice Easy Recipe.

    Fried Rice

    Ingredients :

    1. Basmati rice 2 cup
    2. Oil 1 tbsp
    3. Salt to taste
    4. Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
    5. Carrot chopped 1/2 cup
    6. Beans chopped 1/2 cup
    7. Potato chopped to small cubes 1/2 cup
    8. Onion chopped 1/2 cup
    9. Green peas 1/2 cup
    10. pepper powder 2 Tsp

    Preparation method :

    Cook basmati rice with 4 cups of water(twice quantity of rice) with salt and little oil.
    When water is used up remove from fire and dry it. Keep aside.
    Fry carrot, beans, potato, onion, peas in remaining oil.
    When its crisp adds salt and pepper powder and saute for 2 minutes.
    Add this to cooked basmati rice and add soya sauce.
    Serve hot with pickles or raitas.
